Role & responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Design end-to-end enterprise architecture and high-level/low-level system designs using microservices and event-driven patterns.

- Core Development : Architect highly scalable backend systems with Node.js (and frameworks like Express or NestJS) and high-performance, responsive React frontend interfaces.

- Performance Tuning : Enforce strict architectural standards for frontend rendering (lazy loading, SSR, bundle optimization) and backend throughput.

- Team Mentorship : Mentor engineering teams, lead architectural design reviews, and establish engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Backend : Extensive experience with Node.js, designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Frontend : Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

- Database : Proficient in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Architecture : Proven track record in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), micro-frontend strategies, and distributed systems

Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years in software development with at least 4+ years in an Architect or Lead role.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
