Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Architect (10+ years) to lead our technology vision and system design. You will architect resilient distributed systems, establishing patterns across Angular microfrontends, Java/Spring Boot microservices, and AWS infrastructure to drive enterprise scale and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Leadership : Define and drive the technical vision, application strategy, and system architecture for enterprise-grade, distributed applications.

- Backend Architecture : Architect high-throughput, low-latency microservices systems using Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on fault tolerance and modular design.

- Frontend Architecture : Establish architectural standards and best practices for modern Angular application platforms, leveraging microfrontends patterns.

- Cloud & Infrastructure Design : Design highly available, resilient, and cost-optimized infrastructure solutions on AWS, driving containerization and infrastructure-as-code strategies.

- Technical Governance : Define coding standards, design patterns, security frameworks, and performance benchmarks; ensure compliance across engineering teams.

- R&D & Innovation : Evaluate emerging technologies, lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and guide technical decision-making across product roadmaps.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and C-suite stakeholders to translate business goals into technical execution strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Principal Engineer role.

- Full-Stack Mastery : Extensive experience designing end-to-end architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microfrontends.

- Cloud & DevOps : Deep expertise with AWS ecosystem services (VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda) and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.

- System Design : Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems, event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ), microservices, and domain-driven design (DDD).

- Security & Compliance : Strong knowledge of web application security standards (OWASP, IAM, encryption standards) and enterprise security best practices.

- Data & Storage : Solid experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL/caching engines (Redis, DynamoDB).

- Leadership : Exceptional communication, technical leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities with proven success in remote environments.

Nice-to-Have :

- Domain expertise in payment processing, transactional systems, or financial technology platforms.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) credential.
