Job Title : Technical Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Technology Leadership :

- Lead the technical architecture design and implementation for complex solutions, including application integrations, business intelligence, and custom software.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align the technology strategy with business objectives.

- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies along with hand-on experience and willingness to work in contributor role.

2. System Design & Architecture :

- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure systems that meet business needs and ensure operational efficiency.

- Oversee the integration of third-party systems, platforms, and applications into the enterprise architecture.

- Develop and manage architectural roadmaps, ensuring they align with long-term technology goals.

- Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with stakeholders (business, product managers, developers) to understand functional and technical requirements.

- Ensure the architecture and design align with business objectives while also providing flexibility for future enhancements

- Create and maintain architectural documentation, design specifications, and blueprints.

- Regularly update stakeholders and leadership on the status of technical projects, risks, and milestones.

Skills Required :

1. Technical Skills :

- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong expertise in system integration patterns, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and functioning of middleware technologies

- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Data Fabric, Talend ETL etc.).

- Knowledge of enterprise software, databases, and data modeling (SQL, NoSQL).

- Proficiency in development frameworks and programming languages like PHP, React, HTML, CSS, Javascript

- Exposure to programming languages relevant to BI application desired (e.g., Python, R, or .NET)

- Experience to develop and deploy solutions in AWS Cloud is preferred.

- Knowledge of middleware OIC or CPI will be a plus.

2. Design and Architecture :

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

- Strong understanding of system design patterns, enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), and architectural principles.

3. Experience & Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
