Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in C++ and Windows platform development to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade Windows applications and platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows OS customization, system architecture, device driver integration, build and release management, and modern software engineering practices.
The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can define architecture, drive technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Windows-based software solutions using C++, C#, and .NET technologies.
- Define system architecture, technical roadmaps, and software design standards.
- Lead the development of Windows desktop and platform applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and implement solutions for Windows Services, Windows Registry, Windows Processes, and Windows User Management.
- Drive Windows 10/11 OS customization and platform integration.
- Develop and review PowerShell scripts for deployment, automation, and system administration.
- Lead Build & Release Management activities and establish CI/CD best practices.
- Work closely with engineering teams on Device Driver integration, Kiosk development, and platform components.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Management, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to Cyber Security initiatives.
- Mentor development teams, conduct architecture and code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance for critical projects.
Required Skills (Mandatory):
- Strong expertise in C++ with Windows application development.
- Extensive experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS customization.
- Strong knowledge of System Design and Software Architecture.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and Build & Release Management.
- Experience working with Windows Services, Windows Registry, Windows Processes, and Windows User Management.
- Knowledge of Device Drivers and Windows platform internals.
- Experience in Kiosk Application Development is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Cyber Security principles for Windows applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership abilities.
