We are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery end-to-end for AI-driven product and client engagements - someone who makes real architecture calls, reviews code directly with engineering, and also owns the client conversation.

What you'll do :

- Own end-to-end delivery - scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, enterprise deployment

- Make architecture decisions across modern AI/LLM stacks (RAG, vector search, agent pipelines) directly with engineering

- Scale engineering teams without losing delivery quality

- Convert early pilots into production-grade, market-validated products

- Own client and stakeholder relationships, not just delivery tickets

What you need :

- 8 - 12 years combining hands-on engineering with product/delivery leadership

- Strong in Python or any backend technologies cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Direct experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines

- Proven record scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade products

- Strong client-facing communication skills
