About the Role :

Techjays is looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer - AI who can work directly with global clients to identify business challenges and deliver AI systems that operate in production.

The role requires architect-level depth in at least one backend technology stack, experience taking RAG or Agentic AI solutions from demonstration to production, and the ability to own technical outcomes end to end.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and identify suitable AI solutions.

- Design and deliver AI systems that operate in production.

- Apply architect-level technical expertise in at least one backend technology stack.

- Take RAG or Agentic AI solutions from demonstration to production.

- Engage with client technical stakeholders, including CTOs, to discuss technical requirements and solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug pipelines.

- Own technical outcomes from client problem discovery through production implementation.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience with architect-level depth in at least one backend technology stack.

- Ability to learn new programming languages quickly and use AI as a co-pilot.

- Experience taking RAG or Agentic AI solutions from demonstration to production.

- Strong client-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work directly with global clients and own outcomes end to end
