Job Title : .NET Junior Developer

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated .NET Junior Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our AI-accelerated product engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and React, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to modern AI-assisted development practices. You will work closely with senior developers, Tech Leads, QA, and Product teams to build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications while leveraging AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain .NET Core applications and Web APIs.

- Build and enhance user-facing features using React.

- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and support application performance improvements.

- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and follow coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

- Good knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.

- Hands-on experience with React.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs and Microservices concepts.

- Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Familiarity with Windows Services and basic PowerShell scripting.

- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright.

- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of DevOps concepts and modern software development practices.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 2+ years of experience in .NET development.

- Experience with React and modern web application development preferred.
