Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor EAI platform health, microservices, containers, logs, and synchronization processes.

- Investigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents within SLA targets.

- Troubleshoot application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues.

- Perform data reconciliation between live networks and the EAI inventory database.

- Identify and correct inventory discrepancies across RAN, Core, Transport, and Fixed networks.

- Support cluster health checks, patch deployments, maintenance activities, and user access administration.

- Work with Network Operations, Field Teams, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Vendor/L3 teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Experience :

- 5-8 years of Telecom OSS/BSS operations experience with a focus on Network Inventory Management.

- Experience supporting GCC telecom operators is preferred.

2. Ericsson Adaptive Inventory :

- Hands on experience with Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (formerly Granite), including cloud native deployments.

- Understanding of telecom inventory models and service inventory management.

3. Cloud & Container Technologies :

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker environments.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.

- Experience monitoring services, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting applications in cloud environments.

- Exposure to Ericsson Cloud Infrastructure (CNIS) is an advantage.

4. Technical Skills :

- Strong SQL and database management skills.

- Good Linux/Unix administration knowledge.

- Basic scripting using Python, Shell, or JavaScript for automation.

- Experience with monitoring and performance analysis tools.

5. Telecom Domain Knowledge :

- Understanding of RAN, Core, Transport, and Fixed network domains.

- Knowledge of OSS operations, inventory management, and service assurance.

- Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
