Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to join our engineering hub in Hyderabad, where you will spearhead the design and development of high-scale enterprise applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, working closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, mentoring high-performing developers, and ensuring our platform remains resilient, scalable, and performant. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and efficient system performance for our end users.

- Lead the full-stack development lifecycle, from initial system design and database schema definition to deployment and production monitoring, ensuring high-quality code delivery.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract business goals into actionable technical specifications and prioritized development sprints.

- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

- Optimize existing backend services and frontend components to reduce latency and improve overall system reliability, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.

- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks to accelerate release cycles and maintain high standards of software integrity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.

- Proven ability to manage full-stack development workflows, including proficiency in modern frontend frameworks and their integration with complex backend services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
