Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead our AI and SaaS engineering initiatives in Bangalore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex machine learning research and scalable product architecture, leading a high-performing team to build next-generation enterprise solutions. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, high-availability software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of scalable SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and frontend interfaces.

- Lead the implementation of advanced AI workflows, specifically leveraging RAG and LangChain frameworks to enhance product intelligence.

- Mentor a team of engineers through code reviews, technical design sessions, and best-practice sharing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical bottlenecks and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.

- Drive the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to production deployment.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- Expertise in full-stack development using Python, Node.js, or Java, combined with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

- Proven ability to design and deploy AI-integrated systems using RAG and LangChain.

- Extensive experience in managing cloud-native environments on AWS or GCP, including microservices orchestration and serverless architecture.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5 - 15 years of progressive experience in building and scaling enterprise-grade software products.
