About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-stack development, with a focus on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying web applications that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Maintain Web Applications : Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create and deliver high-quality products.

- Code Quality and Best Practices : Ensure code quality by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Testing and Debugging : Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications.

- Database Management : Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- API Development : Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.

- Version Control : Utilize version control systems like Git for efficient code management and collaboration.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and apply them to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.

- Proficiency in JavaScript : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.

- Frontend Development : Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

- Backend Development : Proficient in Node.js and Express.js, with experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

- Database Management : Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.

- Version Control : Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.

- Problem-solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UI/UX Skills : Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers.

- Testing Frameworks : Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

- Deployment : Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD processes.
