About the Role :

We are looking for a Team Lead Software Engineer to lead development teams, deliver scalable software solutions, and maintain existing systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing, secure, and user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Own product integrity, manage technical debt, and drive on-time delivery.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.

- Collaborate in system design, architecture, testing, deployment, and CI/CD implementation.

- Coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and recruitment processes.

Critical Skill Set :

Languages & Frameworks : Java, Golang, ReactJS, Angular, NextJS, Spring Boot.

Backend Expertise : Microservices, REST APIs, Pub/Sub (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).

Frontend Expertise : ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, Redux, Micro-frontend architecture.

Databases & Cloud : PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake, AWS (hands-on).

DevOps & Tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD/BDD).

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 7+ years in software engineering (B2B SaaS, enterprise-grade applications).

- Proven line management and team leadership experience.

- AWS certification is a plus.
