Job Title : PowerShell Developer IAM / IGA (Omada)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Participate in all phases of the IAM / IGA automation lifecycle and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain PowerShell automation scripts supporting identity lifecycle management across multiple platforms.
- Develop and enhance automation for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes using Omada Identity.
- Build, customize, and maintain integrations between Omada IGA, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and other connected systems.
- Automate user provisioning, deprovisioning, access assignments, access reviews, and role management workflows.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and work with JSON for system integrations.
- Optimize existing scripts for performance, scalability, security, and error handling.
- Remediate IAMrelated vulnerabilities, audit findings, and access control gaps in line with security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to gather
requirements and implement solutions.
- Test, debug, and validate scripts and automation to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to security best practices.
- Resolve production IAM/IGA automation defects within defined SLA.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to junior engineers where required.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 5- 8 years of hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong experience working with IAM / IGA platforms, preferably Omada Identity.
- Good understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD.
- Hands on experience with Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, permissions).
- Hands on experience with Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) including user, group, and role management.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration scripting.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, GitHub.
- Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in financial services / banking or regulated environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, audit requirements).
- Experience with Agile development processes and practices (e.g., Scrum).
- Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Proven ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication and writing skills.
