Role: AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade machine learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with data scientists and engineering teams to build scalable ML systems, automate deployments, and support the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with data scientists to build and automate deployment of end-to-end production-grade machine learning models and systems.

- Transform advanced ML models into scalable, secure, and maintainable products with CI/CD practices.

- Work with engineering teams to develop and maintain ML service APIs for model integration.

- Build and manage ML workflows and pipelines covering the full lifecycle: experimentation, deployment, monitoring, tuning, and improvement.

- Ensure implementation of bias, fairness testing, and continuous model enhancement.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

- 5+ years of experience in deploying and productionizing ML models and systems.

- Strong foundation in predictive modeling, machine learning, NLP/NLU, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and statistics.

- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed ML pipelines.

- Hands-on experience integrating ML models into enterprise applications.
