Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Systems team.

This pivotal role involves working closely with leadership, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

You'll lead high-impact special projects and innovations across diverse business verticals like e-pharma, e-diagnostics, and retail, translating complex data into actionable insights that guide critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to unearth insights, streamline operations, and inform strategic decisions across the organization.

- Insight Generation & Communication : Conceptualize, visualize, and clearly communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders.

- Your goal will be to directly drive tangible business outcomes through compelling narratives and data-backed recommendations.

- Problem-Solving & Execution : Break down intricate business problems into manageable components.

- Generate data-backed solutions, define clear project scopes and success metrics, and ensure the smooth and effective execution of initiatives.

- Project & Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating seamlessly across various internal teams.

- Align project strategies with overarching business objectives to maximize impact.

- Data Governance & Best Practices : Maintain and govern crucial data systems, including platforms like Open Metadata and Tableau.

- Champion and promote best practices in data management, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase and Tableau.

- Sound understanding of Streamlit and Dash frameworks for building interactive data applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to tackle complex analytical challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to align on critical business objectives.
