About the Team :

The Data Systems team partners with org-wide leadership, business, product, growth, and category

teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. We are now actively building our Gen AI capability, running function-wise AI projects across e-pharma, e-diagnostics, and retail with an ambition to move from pilots to enterprise-wide AI strategy.

What You Will Do :

AI Solution Development :

- Build and deploy Gen AI applications across healthcare, supply chain, retail, and enterprise workflows.

- Design scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-driven applications.

- Develop intelligent automation workflows using LLMs and agentic systems.

LLM Engineering :

- Build applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

- Implement prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and model optimization.

- Work on RAG pipelines, vector search, document retrieval, and enterprise knowledge systems.

AI Deployment & Operations :

- Productionize AI solutions with reliability, monitoring, and observability.

- Optimize latency, token usage, and inference costs.

- Build evaluation systems for quality benchmarking across models and vendors.

- Maintain deployment pipelines and support enterprise scaling.

Partner & Product Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal business teams to understand use cases.

- Work with external AI vendors and implementation partners.

- Evaluate build vs buy decisions and support AI architecture choices.

What We Are Looking For :

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or related roles with at least 1 year of hands-on Gen AI project experience.

- Proven ability to take Gen AI use cases from problem statement to production deployment.

- Experience working with external technology partners and managing vendor relationships.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight.

- Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work in ambiguous environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
