Role Overview :

We are looking for a Principal AI/ML Architect with 12+ years of experience in software, data science, and industrial analytics, including 6+ years in AI/ML and 3+ years leading production AI architecture in asset-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own architecture and technical leadership for production-grade AI programs.

- Take AI solutions from discovery/PoC through production and operations.

- Produce target-state architectures, integration patterns, ADRs, and implementation roadmaps.

- Collaborate with engineering leaders, maintenance teams, IT/OT, and executive audiences.

Preferred Industry Experience :

- Telecommunications, Energy/Oil & Gas, Automotive/Manufacturing, or Aerospace/Aviation.

Technical Stack :

- AI/ML : Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, MLflow, Dataiku, Jupyter.

- GenAI : Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangGraph/LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).

- Industrial/Edge : Kafka, MQTT, OPC-UA, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub.

- Operational Systems : IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, ServiceNow, AVEVA PI/OSIsoft, SCADA/DCS, MES/MOM.

- Observability : Grafana, Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.

- Advanced degree preferred but equivalent industrial experience is acceptable.
