Job Summary :

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience across frontend and backend development and hands-on exposure to AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building or integrating LLM-powered and agentic AI systems in production environments, along with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AWS AI services. This role requires ownership across the full application stack, including user interfaces, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with ownership across both frontend and backend components.

- Build scalable and maintainable applications while ensuring seamless interaction between UI, APIs, and backend services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

2. AI and Agentic Systems :

- Build and integrate LLM-powered and agentic AI systems for production use cases.

- Develop AI-enabled workflows and ensure reliable deployment and operation of intelligent applications.

- Contribute to prompt engineering and optimization activities to improve AI system performance and accuracy.

3. RAG Architecture Development :

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Work with chunking strategies, vector embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and prompt engineering techniques.

- Enhance retrieval quality and optimize information access mechanisms for AI applications.

4. AWS AI Services :

- Develop and integrate solutions using AWS AI services, particularly Bedrock and Knowledge Base.

- Work with at least one of the following services : Kendra, OpenSearch, or Comprehend.

- Support the deployment and operation of AI workloads on AWS platforms.

5. Frontend Development :

- Build modern React applications using contemporary development patterns.

- Utilize hooks, context, and state management techniques to create responsive and maintainable user interfaces.

- Ensure seamless user experiences through scalable frontend architecture.

6. API Development and Integrations :

- Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.

- Work with third-party platforms such as GitHub, Jira, or similar systems to enable workflow and application integrations.

- Ensure efficient communication between services and external platforms.

7. Software Quality :

- Apply software quality concepts to ensure robust and reliable applications.

- Contribute to test case design, coverage metrics, and QA workflows where applicable.

- Support quality-focused development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Experience :

- 4-8+ years of professional experience in full stack development with strong ownership across both frontend and backend.

- Overall experience requirement : 5+ years.

2. Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered or agentic AI systems in production.

- Prior experience with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, vector embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with AWS AI services, particularly Bedrock and Knowledge Base, and at least one of Kendra, OpenSearch, or Comprehend.

- Comfortable building React applications using modern patterns including hooks, context, and state management.

- Experience with REST and GraphQL API design and integration with third-party platforms such as GitHub, Jira, or similar systems.

- Strong understanding of software quality concepts, including test case design, coverage metrics, and QA workflows.
