- Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud.

- Perform data blending, joins, and aggregations for accurate reporting.

- Implement calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and complex visualizations.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, responsiveness, and usability.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Tableau reports and dashboards.

- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.

- Ensure accurate and timely data integration for analytics and reporting.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to maintain data quality.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to decision-makers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for analytics initiatives and BI projects.

- Implement Tableau development best practices, including version control, naming conventions, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 59 years of hands-on Tableau development experience.

- Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server / Cloud.

- Proficient in SQL, data blending, joins, and query optimization.

- Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and data warehousing.

- Skilled in advanced Tableau features : calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning abilities.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other BI tools or ETL platforms.

- Exposure to data governance and dashboard automation.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for analytics integration.
