We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data modeling to join our analytics team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, design effective dashboards, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Tableau software (desktop and server/online).

- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.

- Experience in data modeling, schema design, and ETL concepts.

- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in simple business terms.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar).

- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools for advanced analysis.

- Familiarity with business intelligence practices and data governance frameworks.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

- Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst) is a plus
