We are seeking for an ambitious and self-driven Technical Architect in .Net with expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, Web API, LINQ, Software design and enterprise architecture patterns to join our team.

As an architect, you will be responsible for making design choices, coordinate & oversee technical standards including software coding standard, tools and platforms.

The ideal candidate should be strong in model training and deep learning.

A deep knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to lead and mentor a development team is good to have.

What Youll Do :

- Architecture Design and Strategy : Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance architecture for web applications.

- Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices.

- Evaluate and promote new technologies and development stacks to ensure the team stays up to date with industry trends.

- Understand system and infrastructure requirements, including databases, caching, and deployment.

- Design Patterns and Best Practices : Apply and promote the use of design patterns and best practices in software development.

- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

- Continuously assess and improve architectural processes and methodologies.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.

- Roadmap and Product Vision : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and business goals.

- Define and maintain the technical roadmap aligning with the product vision.

- Ensure the architecture supports future growth and scalability needs.

- Team Collaboration and Leadership : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the team.

Technical :

Your qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, or similar role.

- 10 + years of designing and delivering .Net / SQL Server / Web Applications.

- Working knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns.

- In-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and pair programming is a plus.

- Experience introducing new technologies & using open source solutions to solve problems.

- Demonstrated experience with developing RESTful web services in production environment.

- Demonstrated experience with unit/integration/functional testing.

- Demonstrated experience in the mechanisms source control, repositories, Wikis.

- Demonstrated experience in continuous integration.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies.NET Core 2+, Entity Framework, Web API, REST.

- RDBMS MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL (any of these).

- Working knowledge with NoSQL such as MongoDB is a plus.

- Nice to have hands on exp for Frontend stack JavaScript / ReactJS / Angular 2+.

- Demonstrated experience designing and architecting scalable and resilient software.

- Hands on experience with AI Productivity tools such as Chat GPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude.
