Systems Administrator - Physical & Virtual Servers

Job Description :

- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and software applications.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency and reliability.

- Maintain and monitor backup to safeguard data integrity and minimize downtime.

- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure security and compliance with company policies.

- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and expansions to support business growth and technological advancements.

- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, for reference purposes.

- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to address technical issues and support business initiatives.

- Patch Management globally. Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the IT infrastructure.

Required Skills :

- Active Directory

- VMware - Nutanix or any hypervisor.

- Office 365 - SharePoint, etc.

- Patch Management Software

- Backup - Commvault or Veeam

- Reporting and basic PowerShell scripting
