A leading global quantitative trading and technology-driven financial services firm is hiring a Systems Engineer to manage and enhance critical infrastructure platforms across messaging, caching, and traffic management environments. The role involves supporting highly available distributed systems, ensuring operational reliability, automation, observability, and performance optimization across enterprise infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support distributed messaging, caching, and traffic management platforms

- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and operational health

- Handle upgrades, patching, failover, backup, and disaster recovery activities

- Troubleshoot latency, throughput, connectivity, and message delivery issues

- Develop automation scripts and operational tooling for infrastructure management

- Collaborate with DevOps, networking, security, and engineering teams for platform reliability

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 14 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure operations

- Strong Linux/Unix systems administration expertise

- Experience working with distributed infrastructure environments

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and load balancing
