Job Description :

Must-have Skills :

- Install, configure and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Microsoft Office and other applications on the desktops

- Working experience with Endpoint Protection Tool (Antivirus, Antimalware, AntiSpam etc.)

- Working experience on Windows Server operating system

- Strong experience on Active Directory and group policy

Good-to-have-skills :

- Experience in maintaining network (WAN, LAN and Wireless network), Firewall and Switches

- Experience on Linux and VMWare

- Experience with O365 suite of products, SharePoint and office online

- Experience in Intune for workstation management

- Experience in bitlocker, DLP and AD audit tools

Responsibilities :

Servers :

- Maintain corporate server hardware, Server Operating Systems (Windows, Linux etc.) and virtualization environment (VMWare and Hyper-V)

- Maintain corporate Active Directory, users, roles, access and GPO

- Maintain Hardware and software inventory and licensing for corporate infrastructure

- Implement and maintain File Server, DNS, DHCP, CA and AD audit tools

- Install, Configure and maintain System Center Suite application (s) for managing endpoint devices and end user self-service

Network and Printers :

- Installation and maintenance of WAN, LAN, Wireless and UTM, Firewall and switches

- LAN and WAN level network security

- Installation & maintenance of Local and Network printer and print servers

- Maintenance of Internal Telecom infrastructure

Applications :

- Maintain Corporate website and intranet sites

- Install, configure and maintain enterprise applications (e.g. ITSM tool, HRMS tool etc.)

- Desktop and End User support

- Maintain all laptops, desktops (hardware, OS and applications)

- Secure end user devices using Endpoint protection tools (Sophos, Trend Micro, Symantec, McAfee etc.) and provide host-based security (e.g. IDS, Anti Malware, AntiSpam, Antivirus, firewall)

- Secure information on end user devices using Full Disk Encryption (e.g. bitlocker) and DLP (e.g. Sophos, Trend Micro etc.) and MDM

- Package and Image preparation, distribution and troubleshooting installation issues

- Implement and maintain self-service to end user using System Center Suite of applications

- Backup and restore of servers, applications and desktops
