We are looking for a skilled Python + IDMC Developer with expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), ETL development, and data integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines, integrating enterprise data sources, and optimizing data workflows across cloud and on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, Python, and SQL.

- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and migration pipelines for large-scale enterprise datasets.

- Develop reusable Python scripts for data processing, automation, validation, and workflow orchestration.

- Design and implement mappings, workflows, taskflows, and data synchronization processes using Informatica IDMC/IICS.

- Integrate data from multiple enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot data integration issues, and optimize workflow performance.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance across all data integration processes.

- Implement security best practices, including secure data transmission, encryption, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to understand integration requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational support documents.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in Data Integration and ETL development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS).

- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases and query optimization.

- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.

- Experience developing mappings, taskflows, workflows, and data synchronization jobs in IDMC/IICS.

- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid data integration architectures.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD practices, and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
