Job Title : Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Business Operations (BizOps) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of critical production systems while driving automation, operational excellence, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems.

- Support the complete service lifecycle, including deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.

- Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews.

- Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to enhance monitoring, observability, and system resilience.

- Analyze operational trends and implement reliability improvements.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote SRE and DevOps best practices.

Must Have Skills :

- Experience supporting large-scale distributed and mission-critical production systems.

- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, Go, Shell, Perl, or Ruby.

- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, incident management, and change management.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Good To Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

- Understanding of SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
