Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern AI agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.

- Build intelligent agents/components that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.

- Implement guardrails and cognitive reasoning patterns (ReAct, CoT, OODA, STAR, etc.) to ensure reliable AI behavior.

- Develop memory, feedback, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tool integration capabilities.

- Collaborate with Prompt Engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize AI agent performance.

- Integrate AI solutions with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.

- Develop and maintain AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI applications.

Mandatory Skills

- Having software development experience with strong expertise in AI/ML.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent frameworks.

- Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, reasoning models, and LLM orchestration.

- Experience implementing guardrails and cognitive reasoning patterns such as ReAct, Chain of Thought (CoT), OODA, and STAR.

- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architecture.

- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), memory management, and tool integration.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AI application deployment.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to have Skills

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Educational Qualification

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
