Job Summary :

We are seeking a GCP Account Recovery Specialist with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), identity verification, and account recovery operations. The role involves managing end-to-end account recovery cases, validating access authorization, handling sensitive fraud-related scenarios, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end GCP account recovery and access restoration cases

- Validate user identity, domain ownership, and authorization requests

- Investigate and handle cases involving fraud, phishing, or social engineering risks

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements

- Maintain accurate and audit-ready case documentation

- Handle escalations and meet defined SLOs/SOPs

- Collaborate with internal security, support, and operations teams

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of GCP, IAM roles & recovery workflows

- Experience in identity verification & fraud detection

- Hands-on exposure to Linux infrastructure (preferred)

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Google Workspace Administrator Certification

- Experience in Trust & Safety or Account Recovery operations

- Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments and security operations
