Job Title : AWS Data Engineer

Job summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and AWS Cloud Computing and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience in processing large datasets, optimizing data workflows, and supporting data-driven business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Build and optimize large-scale data processing solutions using PySpark.

- Develop and manage cloud-native data solutions on AWS.

- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and operational excellence.

- Support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.

- Extensive experience working with PySpark for big data processing.

- Good knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and data engineering best practices.

- Experience in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.

- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data integration.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures and distributed computing frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
