Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core (.NET 8+), Multithreading, and XML Serialization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop/web application development, solid understanding of design patterns, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Skills :

Core Development :

- Strong proficiency in C# programming

- Hands-on experience in .NET Core (.NET 8 and above) with 6 to 8 years of experience

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Design & Architecture :

- Practical experience with Design Patterns

1. Must have implemented at least 34 design patterns

2. Used in recent 2 to 3 projects

Application Development :

- Experience in WinForms and/or Web Applications

1. Used in at least 1- 2 projects

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

Concurrency & Data Handling :

- Strong expertise in Multithreading / Concurrency

- Hands-on experience in XML Serialization in C#

1. Used in at least 1 to 2 projects

Data Access :

- Experience with Entity Framework

1. Minimum 1 year of project experience

- Strong hands-on experience in SQL

1. Query writing, optimization, stored procedures

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS Cloud services

- Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot preferred)

- Basic understanding of Networking Protocols

1. TCP/IP

2. Wireshark

Tools & Technologies :

- Visual Studio

- Git / GitHub

- JIRA

- Jenkins (or similar CI/CD tools)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Design & Development :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications

- Implement best practices using design patterns

- Develop reusable components and modules

Coding & Quality :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Perform peer code reviews and ensure coding standards

Testing & Debugging :

- Perform unit testing and integration testing

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Collaboration :

- Work in Agile teams and participate in sprint activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery

Documentation :

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
