- Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of secrets management platform components, including authentication backends, secrets engines, access policies, and namespaces.

- Drive the onboarding of application workloads, providing technical guidance to development teams on secure integration patterns and best practices.

- Design, implement, and validate credential lifecycle management, including automated rotation for service accounts, database credentials, API keys, and certificates.

- Actively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation by collaborating with platform, cloud, and application teams.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including onboarding guides, integration patterns, best practices, and FAQs for internal teams.

- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to enable engineering teams to adopt NHI security practices effectively.

- Ensure all implementations adhere to organizational security standards and compliance requirements, including reviewing access controls and policy configurations.

- Support various testing activities, including integration testing, chaos testing for credential rotation workflows, and audit log validation to ensure system reliability and security.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of runbooks and operational procedures for ongoing platform management and incident handling.

- Identify and escalate architectural challenges, risks, or deviations from defined standards to the Implementation Architect for resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of Secrets Management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault or similar)

- Should have 7+ years of experience.

- Experience with authentication mechanisms, encryption, and identity management

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure integrations

- Hands-on experience with API integrations and backend systems

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
