Job Summary :

We're looking for someone who knows Splunk and ClickHouse well enough to be the person business and functional teams turn to when they have questions about either platform. The role sits between the people who use our monitoring and alerting tools day to day and the technical team building and maintaining ClickHouse. You'll help move dashboards, rules, and alerts across as they migrate from Splunk to ClickHouse and make sure end users know how to use what gets built. This is a business-facing coordination role; you won't be writing production code or owning infrastructure yourself.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Expertise : Be the primary point of contact for questions on Splunk and ClickHouse across business and functional teams.

- Migration Support : Help migrate dashboards, saved searches, detection rules, and alerts from Splunk to ClickHouse.

- User Enablement : Run training sessions and build documentation so end users can work in ClickHouse.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Work between business/functional teams and the technical team building on ClickHouse.

- Release Tracking : Stay on top of ClickHouse releases, changes, and known limitations.

- Documentation : Maintain a record of what's been migrated and how it maps back to the original Splunk setup.

- Adoption Monitoring : Track how teams use the platform after migration and flag gaps.

- Meeting Cadence : Set up and run regular check-ins between business users and the technical team.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

- 3 - 8 years of experience with data or security monitoring platforms, including real hands-on time on both Splunk and ClickHouse.

- Comfortable reading and writing across both platforms' query languages : SPL (Splunk) and ClickHouse SQL.

- Some background in real-time monitoring or alerting (SIEM, fraud detection, network security, or similar).

- Has worked through a platform migration or major tooling change before.

- Comfortable managing stakeholders on both sides : business users and engineers.

- Can explain technical detail in plain language.

- Has designed or delivered training or onboarding material for end users.

- Strong written and spoken communication.
