Role Overview :

As a Stibo MDM Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks that serve as the backbone for our clients' operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements into scalable MDM solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence the integrity and accessibility of enterprise data, ensuring that our clients can make informed, data-backed decisions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure end-to-end MDM solutions within the Stibo STEP platform to meet specific business data requirements.

- Develop and maintain complex data models, workflows, and business rules to ensure high data quality and consistency across enterprise systems.

- Execute data migration and integration tasks by building robust interfaces between Stibo MDM and various ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

- Optimize system performance by writing and tuning complex SQL queries and stored procedures to handle large-scale data sets efficiently.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions for data governance challenges.

- Document technical specifications and provide ongoing support to ensure the long-term stability and scalability of the implemented MDM architecture.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Stibo STEP MDM solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, complex query optimization, and database management.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to translate abstract business needs into functional technical designs and data structures.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage project expectations and deliver high-quality results.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a solid understanding of data governance principles.

- Demonstrate the flexibility to work effectively in a hybrid or distributed team model across our office locations in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.
