Job Description :

- Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP (Enterprise MDM platform)

- Experience in end-to-end MDM implementation (data model - workflows - integration - testing)

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. Data modeling (entities, attributes, reference data, hierarchies)

2. Multi-domain MDM (Customer / Supplier / Product as master data domains)

- Experience configuring :

1. Workflows (data governance, approval, stewardship processes)

2. Business Rules (validation, enrichment, derivations)

3. Reference data management

- Strong experience with data governance workflows and stewardship enablement in STEP

- Experience with data import/export mechanisms (XML, Excel, APIs)

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based business rules in STEP

- Understanding of hierarchy and relationship management across domains

- Strong SQL / data validation skills

- Experience integrating STEP with upstream/downstream enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Platforms)

Role & Responsibilities :

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Strong experience designing end-to-end enterprise MDM architecture using Stibo STEP

- Ability to define multi-domain MDM strategy (Customer, Supplier, Product)

- Expertise in data modeling (entities, attributes, reference data, hierarchies, relationships)

- Ability to design global master data models and governance frameworks

- Strong experience in defining data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle processes

STEP Platform Expertise :

- Deep hands-on experience with :

a. Advanced data modeling and hierarchy management

b. Relationship modeling across domains

c. Reference data management and taxonomy design

- Expertise in :

a. Workflow design (governance, approval, lifecycle workflows)

b. Business Rules (validation, derivation, enrichment using JavaScript)

- Strong experience with STEP UI, data governance consoles, and configuration management

Data Governance & Stewardship :

- Ability to design and implement data governance frameworks within STEP

- Experience defining stewardship workflows, roles, and approval mechanisms

- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, enrichment, and compliance processes

- Experience in enterprise data standardization and harmonization

Integration & Ecosystem Design :

- Strong experience integrating STEP with :

a. ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

b. CRM systems

c. Downstream analytics/data platforms

- Expertise in API-based integrations (REST / Web Services)

- Ability to design batch, near real-time, and event-driven integration patterns

- Experience managing multi-source data ingestion and syndication

Performance & Scalability :

- Experience designing STEP solutions for high-volume, multi-domain data environments

- Ability to optimize :

a. Data loads

b. Workflow execution

c. Rule performance

- Understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and system optimization

Delivery & Leadership :

- Ability to lead end-to-end MDM programs (design - build - deploy - governance)

- Experience conducting client workshops, requirement definition, and solution walkthroughs

- Strong ability to mentor developers and technical leads

- Ownership of architecture decisions, standards, and best practices
