Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, ReactJS, and AI/ML technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building modern web applications, developing RESTful APIs, integrating AI/LLM solutions, and working across the complete software development lifecycle. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and Python.

- Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Design and optimize database schemas and perform efficient data modeling.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

AI & Generative AI Development :

- Design, develop, and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

- Build AI-powered features such as chatbots, intelligent search, recommendations, document processing, and summarization.

- Work with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or equivalent.

- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases.

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI application performance.

- Integrate AI services into enterprise applications and workflows.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.

- Monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Software Engineering & Collaboration :

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7 to 10 years of software development experience with full-stack applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ReactJS.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

Database Experience :

- PostgreSQL

- MySQL

- MongoDB

- Redis

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

- Experience building and integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services.

- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.

Vector Database Experience :

- Azure AI Search

- Pinecone

- Weaviate

- ChromaDB

- FAISS

- Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.

- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.

- Relevant certifications in Azure, AWS, AI, or Cloud technologies.
