We are looking for a Principal Engineer / Scalability Architect (AWS) who can design and build high-performance, enterprise-grade systems used by Fortune 500 organizations. T

his role requires deep expertise in AWS architecture, distributed systems design, and performance engineering to build platforms capable of handling high throughput and large concurrent workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect highly scalable, resilient, and distributed systems on AWS.

- Build systems capable of handling millions of users, high throughput, and large concurrent workloads.

- Lead system architecture, scalability strategy, and performance optimization for enterprise platforms.

- Develop and optimize microservices-based architectures using Node.js and modern frameworks.

- Implement caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures to improve performance.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and system efficiency.

- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions where applicable.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership for architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong architectural exposure.

- Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.

- Strong experience in distributed systems design and performance engineering.

- Proven experience designing highly scalable systems with large concurrent workloads.

- Hands-on expertise in microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of caching strategies (Redis, CDN, etc.).

- Experience with asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems.

- Strong backend development experience using Node.js.

- Familiarity with React.js / Next.js based architectures is a plus.
