Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled OKTA SME with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Okta SSO, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices. This is a project-focused engineering role requiring strong technical depth, customer-facing communication skills, and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Okta.

- Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and other federation protocols.

- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and/or Python to streamline identity administration and deployment activities.

- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for Okta environments.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to design identity solutions.

- Perform Okta tenant configuration, application onboarding, user lifecycle management, and access governance activities.

- Participate in architecture discussions and provide best-practice recommendations for IAM and cloud security solutions.

- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

- Drive project delivery while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance requirements are met.

Mandatory Skills :

- Identity & Access Management : Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Federation, MFA, and User Lifecycle Management.

- Automation & Scripting : Expert-level scripting in PowerShell or Python.

- Infrastructure as Code & DevOps : Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
