About the Role :

Be the technical owner of a client engagement, from first conversation to production rollout. Embed with enterprise leaders, architect the right system, write the critical code, and set the engineering bar. This is a hands-on staff role with a client-facing edge - not pre-sales, consulting or management.

Type, Location and Compensation :

Type : Full-time | Location : Hyderabad (onsite) | Compensation : 40 - 50 LPA fixed + ESOPs

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the client problem : embed with founders, product leaders and operators; lead discovery and demos; turn ambiguity into a clear technical plan; scope the right solution in phased, deliverable work with a product lens.

- Deploy in the real world : integrate with ERPs, WMS, data warehouses and legacy systems, ship into client environments, and debug production issues.

- Architect and ship production systems : design scalable, secure, maintainable systems; write critical code and own complex features end-to-end from design to deployment and on-call; prototype quickly using proprietary AI agents and an AI-native toolchain.

- Raise the engineering bar : rigorous code reviews, define engineering practices, mentor engineers; convert client learnings into reusable components, playbooks and better testing and CI/CD.

Requirements :

- 5+ years shipping and running production software.

- Strong in Python, Java, Go or TypeScript.

- Solid system design, full-stack range, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Effective in client workshops and design reviews; able to explain trade-offs to CXOs and engineers.

- Bonus : supply chain domain experience, or prior Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer work.
