Staff Engineer - Python/Golang

About the job :

Role : SSE or Staff Engineer (1 position)

WFH with some travel to Bangalore

Must have : Python/Go, Kubernetes heavy, DSA and HLD LLD heavy. React

YOE : 8+

Only product people, only IIT, NIT & BITS or renowned product companies

ML or AI infra product is bonus

Responsibilities :

- Deploy ML models at scale across diverse use cases and industries.

- Build integrations with external platforms to fit into customer workflows.

- Design and develop large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.

- Write clean, maintainable, and performant code (Python/Go/Node/TypeScript).

- Develop and optimize APIs (REST, gRPC), databases, and queries.

- Ensure systems are modular, secure, reliable, and actively monitored.

- Collaborate with customers and teammates, iterating quickly based on feedback.

- Improve test coverage, implement integration tests, and resolve issues.

- Drive engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and system design.

Requirements :

- Strong coding skills (Python, Go, Node, or TypeScript).

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer-facing interactions.

- Familiarity with Lang Chain, RAG systems, or fine-tuning (huge plus).

- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes (nice to have)
