Role Overview :

As a Staff Engineer based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core engineering initiatives, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and robust software execution. You will spend your days architecting complex, high-traffic systems, mentoring senior engineering talent, and collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional leadership to define the technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of highly scalable distributed systems to ensure seamless performance for millions of concurrent users.

- Design robust, maintainable software components using modern design patterns to reduce technical debt and improve long-term system agility.

- Lead technical discussions and design reviews with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with overarching business objectives.

- Mentor senior developers and lead engineers to foster a culture of technical rigor, continuous learning, and high-quality code delivery.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to optimize our existing stack, ensuring our product remains at the cutting edge of the industry.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant, performant technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building scalable backend services using Python and developing dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React.js and AngularJS.

- Proven ability to design complex system architectures that prioritize performance, security, and high availability in a cloud-native environment.

- Strong command of industry-standard design patterns and the ability to apply them to solve intricate architectural challenges.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making.

- A track record of leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production deployment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent deep-work with collaborative team sessions in our Hyderabad office.

- 8 - 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally within high-growth product companies or fast-paced technical environments.
