Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping the product and technology.

- Build core systems and products from scratch, rather than working on an existing legacy stack.

- Take significant ownership across architecture, engineering, product decisions, and execution.

- Work deeply with AI/ML and modern engineering technologies to solve meaningful B2B problems.

- Help define the company's engineering culture, practices, and technical foundation.

- Be among the early engineering hires, with substantial impact on the company's direction and growth.

Requirements :

- This is particularly exciting for someone who enjoys 0-1 product building, high ownership, ambiguity, and working closely with experienced founders.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong experience building and operating distributed backend systems at scale.

- Expert-level proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Nodejs, or Golang.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design principles.

- Deep understanding of REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, databases, caching, messaging, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
