Description :

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks with minimal human intervention.

The role involves developing multi-agent systems, integrating large language models (LLMs) with tools and workflows, and ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable AI behavior in real-world applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using LLMs.

- Implement planning, memory, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities in agents.

- Build multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex tasks.

- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, tools, and external systems.

- Develop prompt strategies, agent workflows, and tool-use logic.

- Monitor and improve agent performance, reliability, and safety.

- Implement guardrails, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.

- Collaborate with product, backend, and ML teams to deploy AI solutions

- Stay updated with advancements in agentic AI frameworks and research.

Requirements :

- Strong experience with Python (or similar backend languages).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc. ).

- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc. ).

- Understanding of reasoning, planning, memory, and tool usage in AI agents.

- Experience integrating AI systems with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.

- Understanding of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building production-grade AI agents.

- Knowledge of multi-agent coordination and orchestration.

- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc. ).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Background in machine learning or NLP.

- Exposure to workflow automation and AI copilots.

Tools and Technologies :

- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).

- Agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

- Vector Databases and RAG pipelines.

- Python, FastAPI, Docker.

- Cloud and CI/CD tools.
