Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems in Rust. Ensure code quality, efficiency, and maintainability.

- Code Optimization : Optimize existing Rust code for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Drive the adoption of Rust best practices within the team.

- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Rust applications. Implement robust solutions to prevent future issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of software development experience, with a significant focus on Rust programming.

- Profound knowledge of Rust language features, its standard library, and ecosystem.

- Experience with systems programming, concurrency, and memory management in Rust.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
