The day-to-day :

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate product strategy and vision, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis.

Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features.

Product Launch: Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.

Product Performance: Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and continuous improvement.

Skills & qualities we value:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment within the travel industry.

- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer's needs.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
