Position : Senior Product Manager

SplashLearn is a leading game-based learning platform used by 40M+ children across 150+ countries. We're building personalized learning experiences using Generative AI, ML, and Adaptive Learning.

What You'll Do :

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for a consumer product area.

- Identify and implement AI/ML opportunities to improve personalization and engagement.

- Drive product discovery through user insights and data.

- Define KPIs and run A/B tests and experiments to drive product decisions.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional teams to build and scale products.

- Own key metrics including retention, engagement, conversion, and LTV.

What We're Looking For :

- 8 - 12 years of digital Product Management experience.

- Strong experience building B2C / consumer-facing products.

- Strong product strategy, discovery, roadmap, and end-to-end product ownership.

- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product analytics.

- Strong understanding of consumer engagement, retention, and growth metrics.

- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI.

- Candidates from consumer internet, e-commerce, fintech, ed-tech, gaming, marketplaces, travel, or similar B2C businesses are preferred.
