SOTI MobiControl Administration :

- Administer and manage enterprise SOTI MobiControl environments.

- Configure and maintain :

1. Device groups

2. Device profiles

3. Security and compliance policies

4. Enrollment rules

5. Device configurations

- Monitor SOTI platform performance, availability, and overall health.

- Support enterprise mobility onboarding, enrollment, and provisioning activities.

- Troubleshoot SOTI MobiControl configuration, connectivity, enrollment, and policy-related issues.

- Ensure mobile device environments comply with organizational security and operational standards.

Mobile Device Lifecycle Management :

- Enroll, configure, provision, and manage :

1. Android Enterprise devices

2. iOS/iPadOS devices

3. Rugged handheld devices

4. Corporate-owned devices

5. BYOD devices

- Manage the complete mobile device lifecycle, including :

1. Device onboarding

2. Provisioning

3. Device refresh programs

4. Device replacements

5. Retirement and decommissioning

- Maintain accurate endpoint inventory and device records.

- Ensure appropriate policies and configurations are applied throughout the device lifecycle.

Mobile Application Management :

- Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise mobile applications through SOTI MobiControl.

- Support application installation, updates, version control, and rollback activities.

- Troubleshoot mobile application installation, configuration, and execution issues.

- Support line-of-business applications on managed mobile devices.

- Monitor and maintain application compliance across the enterprise mobility environment.

- Coordinate with application and business teams to resolve application-related issues.

Mobile Security & Threat Defense - Zimperium :

- Administer and manage the Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (zIPS) platform.

- Monitor mobile devices for security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents.

- Identify and remediate :

1. Malware detections

2. Phishing attempts

3. Network-based attacks

4. Jailbreak/root detections

5. Risky or malicious applications

- Support mobile security policies and threat prevention measures.

- Collaborate with security teams to investigate and resolve mobile security incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with SOTI MobiControl administration.

- Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).

- Experience managing Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS devices.

- Experience with rugged handheld devices and enterprise mobility environments.

- Good understanding of device enrollment, provisioning, policies, profiles, and compliance management.

- Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and enterprise application deployment.

- Hands-on experience with Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (zIPS) is preferred.

- Understanding of mobile security threats, malware, phishing, network attacks, and device compromise.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
