- We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC Engineer (Admin) to monitor, maintain, and support cloud and infrastructure environments.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, Linux administration, database basics, and cloud operations with strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability.

- Manage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud resources.

- Perform Linux server administration, patching, user management, and system health checks.

- Support PostgreSQL and SQL database operations including backups and basic query troubleshooting.

- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.

- Configure and monitor AWS storage services such as S3 and EBS.

- Maintain security best practices in AWS environments including IAM policies and access controls.

- Coordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

- Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

- Participate in shift rotations and provide 24x7 support when required.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and system administration.

- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate.

- Linux Administration Certifications.

- Azure Fundamentals.
