We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Technical Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.

Role & Responsibilities :

- As a Java Technical Lead, you will drive technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance best practices.

- You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using Java 8+/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, and microservices.

- You will oversee the full development lifecyclerequirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Your responsibilities include reviewing and refactoring existing codebases, optimizing application performance, managing technical debt, and enforcing high standards of code quality through peer reviews and continuous integration practices.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and distributed systems is highly desirable.

- You will collaborate with architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of features and alignment with business objectives.

- You will mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and help the team adopt engineering best practices, modern frameworks, and emerging technologies.
