Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python, ensuring performant and efficient systems.
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of highly motivated developers, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices, integrating them into the development process to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 812 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python & Django/Rest API/FLASK/FAST API.

- Experience with Micro Servies architecture.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (Python).

- Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML Libraries Pandas, NumPy.

- Kubernetes and cloud computing AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker) and automated testing.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with Databases MySQL, NoSQL.

- Exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation.

- Knowledge about end-to-end tests using Robot framework and wire-mock.

- Write unit tests first before implementing features to ensure the functionality is well-defined and testable.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
