We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Python Lead with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable backend applications. This role requires deep expertise in Python, the Django framework, and a strong understanding of asynchronous programming. You will be instrumental in solving complex problems, ensuring code quality through comprehensive unit testing and code reviews, and leading the technical design and documentation for all development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of highly scalable backend applications using Python and the Django framework.

- Asynchronous Programming : Design and implement asynchronous operations and microservices to significantly enhance application performance and efficiency.

- Data Management : Work with both SQL databases and ElasticSearch to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and search capabilities.

- Algorithm & Data Structures : Utilize expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex technical problems and optimize application performance at scale.

- Messaging Systems : Implement and manage message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis for robust and efficient inter-service communication.

- Quality Assurance : Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases to ensure high code quality and coverage. You will be responsible for leading and performing detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Technical Design : Create and document detailed technical designs, including both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) diagrams.

- Leadership & Mentoring : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

- Deep understanding of the Django framework and asynchronous programming principles.

- Expertise in working with SQL databases and ElasticSearch.

- Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ or Redis.

- Proven expertise in writing and executing unit test cases.

- The ability to create and document HLD and LLD diagrams.

- Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
